Litho printing, referred to as Offset Lithography, lithographic or just ‘litho print’, has remained the industry standard printing process due to it’s advantages in quality, efficiency and high volume runs it achieves and is still by far the most popular form of printing.

At NS Print we are fully equipped with high quality lithographic printing presses as we only use Heidelberg presses, the world’s leading press manufacturer, with each press calibrated to our CTP system with quality checks carried out frequently using densitometers to maintain a high level of consistency. By combining the proven reliability and quality of Heidelberg presses and the many years of experience of our print operatives we are able to offer a highly competitive service.

NS Print offer the full range from single to multiple spot colour to process colour, we can print up to 5 colours, coat, varnish or seal the item at the same time as printing and also provide a numbering or perforating service.

No quantities are too small or too large for us to handle. We will also advise you as to the most economical way to go about your print requirements, we don’t do standard print runs and we offer you a bespoke service and give you exactly what you want, when you want it.

Litho printing is the best method of printing for most print run lengths other than very short as it ensures the highest quality at the least cost, it also allows for a wider range of paper stocks and finishing techniques to be used.
