For your larger volumes and specialised printing requirements.
Lithographic (Litho) printing refers to a process where we print using inks (ours are vegetable based) and is the most common choice for larger print runs of 500+ and has the added flexibility of using additional units for 'special' colours, such as metallic inks, varnish and specific Pantone spot colours and also allows for a wider range of paper stocks to be used.
We are able to monitor and fix any colour correction whilst printing so ensuring optimum consistency throughout the run. By combining the proven reliability and quality of Heidelberg presses and our highly trained and experienced print operatives we are able to offer a highly competitive service.
Our products range from business stationery, including NCR sets to corporate brochures embellished with specialist finishing, whether foil or spot UV, we have the skills to deliver what we promise.
At NS Print we are fully equipped with Heidelberg printing presses with each press calibrated to our CTP system which uses chemistry free plates and quality checks are carried out frequently using densitometers to maintain a high level of consistency.
We will advise you as to the most economical way to print your job and provide a quote based on your specific requirements as every job we print at NS Print is one of a kind, our service is a completely bespoke production.
No job is too small or too large for us to handle.
Litho is the largely preferred press method of printing brochures, leaflets, marketing materials, books and stationery and still so for quantities over and above the competitive limits of digital printing.
